Characters you identify with, admire and strive to be more like

I need everyone's help with this. Even if it's just a sentence or two.

I would like to know to following for my own research.

Which Harry Potter character do you most identify with? and why?
Which Harry Potter character do you most admire? and why?
If you could be more like one of the HP characters which one would it be and why?

Here's an example of what I might say just so you guys can understand what I am asking for.

I most identify with the Weasley Twins. They are fun loving, goofy and very laid back. They love life and don't take things too seriously. They are always trying to lighten to the mood with their jokes. I identify most with them because I feel that I am pretty goofy and laid back (most of the time) like them.

I most admire Harry Potter. He is strong and brave. He could have given up at any time, but he never allowed himself to consider that option. He faced so many obstacles and challenges, but he kept going and was a better person for it.

If I could be more like one character it would be Dumbledore. Dumbledore is what I aspire to. He is knowledgeable, but doesn't lord his intelligence over people. He is modest. He is so loving and kind. He notices little things.



I am not asking for big long paragraphs from you guys. (I always write way too much.) Write what you feel like. And all three questions can have the same character answer, just explain a bit. Sorry if this feels like a school assignment. Thanks guys in advance!!!!!

My friends say my personality reassembles Luna Lovegood. I'm quite a day dreamer, I'm weird, in my own way, out of the ordinary, my imagination runs wild...

I admire Fred and George for sticking up for what they believe in, Hermione Granger for not being ashamed of what she is, Ron Weasley for his humor and so much more...

I could be more like Dumbeldore, I think he should be a role model, he's patient, brave, kind, understanding...He is peaceful ad protective, something about him makes you feel safe...

One of my nicknames is Voldemort and Bellatrix's illegitimate daughter. My friends made it uo and it has something to do with my lack of feelings (so they say).

I admire the Weasley Twins and Minerva McGonagall because she's so cool. I also admire Luna because she's like no other, and Snape. <3 Oh, and Narcissa too. <3<3<3

If I could be more like one character, I'd be a smartest version of Voldemort. I want to seize the world!!!
But seriously I don't want to be any character. :)

I've always identified with Hermione. I can't say exactly what it is about her, though. She reads, I read. She worries too much, I worry too much. Er... She's protective... And she had bad teeth. I was also made fun of when I was younger so, er, yeah. lol. Oh and Neville as well! He's so awkward and clumsy, always creating some sort of small havoc. He's also brave in such a subtle manner. My family is also sort of a mix of theirs.

I think I most admire Harry, Dumbledore, Sirius, and Remus. They've all been through a lot and still remain so strong. They've got really strong personalities.

I want to be more like Dumbledore, Luna, and the Weasley twins. Dumbledore's wise and knows absolutely everything but would only use his knowledge and power for the greater good ;] I wish I could be more like Luna because she's so comfortable being herself even though she's weird. I suppose I resemble Luna most now that I think about it... but I would like to be more oblivious to the looks I get sometimes when I sound completely bonkers. And I would love to have the twins' sense of humour!

Yeah I kinda relate to Ginny I guess cause of her and her harry striving to be togetherness.
But like in real live (sorry this is going to be non harry pottery) I love to try to be Holly Golightly and Audrey Hepburn in general. I honestly find myself thinking in life lately what would Audrey do? But really shes a great role model for me. ANd expecially her character of Holly Golightly in my absolute favorite movie Breakfast at Tiffany's. I love her in that movie so classy and free spirited but also at the same time, shes so plagued by problems and shes just bipolar in her on ways. And at the end she ends up with Paul (or Fred as she calls him) and he makes her really think about who she is as a person. Totally looking back on this I seem intelectual

I think the one i'm most like is Ron. I'm not terribly confident in sports, i'm sarcastic and my way of being funny often sounds kind of harsh. I have no real exceptional skills at anytihng, but i'm not particularly terrible either. I hate living in a cramped house, and my middle name is pretty much 'second-hand.' I'm overly self-concious and without my friends i would be nothing.

The one i most admire is Snape by far. He went through a lot of crap in life and i couldn't imagine being able to do what he did for the wizarding world after all of that. sure harry and voldy went through a lot of junk too but can u imagine joining the cause of people that will never trust you and having to kill the only person that ever did. for me that would be the hardest thing ever for me.

If i could be like any character, it would be...oh tough...proly Sirius. Willing to do anything for his friends, and of course, willing to die for them.

I've always admired and tried to ressemble Lupin. He is layed back, very intelligent, brave and trustworthy, but also not a goody-two-shooes and is not afraid to get in trouble. He also, though reluctant, faces his fears head on (tonks in 6th book and then returning to teddy in the 7th). He is also an actual werewolf (not those wishy-washy TWILIGHT kinds) which is pretty sweet.
I also like McGonagal, Serius, and Snape for similar reasons.

I most closely identify with Cedric Diggory, because I too was once savagely killed in a graveyard.

I most identify with Neville. He's awkward and clumsy, forgetful, but he is also finding himself during his years at school. He's still learning who he really is, and I think I'm still learning about myself.

I admire Ron for being the sidekick and not getting too disgruntled about it. He is willing to be just left of the spotlight and still remain a truly loyal friend. I know I'd get too jealous if I spent 7 years out of the limelight.

I wish to be more like Luna. She doesn't care in the least what people say about her or her ideas. She defends her beliefs and is a loyal friend. She's a little crazy but she loves life and that's what matters, right?
